When a book goes “viral” (Hunger Games, Fifty Shades, Twilight), do you rush out to read it like everyone else, even if it’s not in your typical genre?
Not usually, I like to stick with the genres I enjoy.
That's a good plan, although reading outside my favorite genres sometimes helps me find great books, too. I just depends, you know?

Hype only matters if I enjoy the genre, I won't even read reviews if I am not interested.
