This Sunday in the U.S. is Mother’s Day, in celebration, what are some of your favorite books with strong mother/child relationships?

Answer: Mrs Weasley from Harry Potter, Lily Potter/Evans for the way she sacrificed herself for Harry and Esme from Twilight although she's not technically a mother.
